My name is Michael Glanzer aka Percussion Mike and I’m a New York City percussionist currently living in The Bronx. I’m definitely what one would call a “street musician” having no formal training or college experience. I fell in love with drumming as a teenager and never looked back. My passion for percussion has helped me develop a “forever a student” mentality. I’m constantly reading, watching, listening, and discussing all things drum-related. My musical style is just like my hometown of NYC, extremely diverse!!!
